Im confidnet this will be the last grinder I ever purchase. So simple and the thought put into this shit blows my mind. All the way down to the relief cuts around the inside grinder so that excess build-up doesn't stop you from turning the grinder. The keef basket is amazing and no keef is wasted like other grinders. having no magnet in the center is also a small but very noticeable upgrade. The fact you can lock it down airtight, I could go on for days. Im a huge Fan boy! Puttsburgh born and raised! LETS GO!
This grinder is by far the best I’ve ever used .
Try it and you will see
By far the best grinder I’ve ever owned. Grinders quickly and cleanly and I love the green color!
I compare all grinders to the Raw Stainless Steel I also own. At first I was very impressed with the Goat's ease of use, as I have arthritis in both hands. The ergonomic top makes grinding easier and less painful than my standby. The Goat's grinding chamber is slightly wider, by 2mm, in diameter, but it is twice as deep. The ground product chamber is twice the volume as well. The downside is the glass jar component, that while coated fairly well with an outer rubber sleeve, it still has the possibility of breakage. Old standby is basically indestructible SS. The Goat's cutters are aluminum, so they will lose sharpness eventually. I'll wager the SS cutters in standby will hold their edge longer. I've had old standby for about 2 years, and it hasn't lost its edge yet. We'll see how the Goat's cutting ability is in 2 years. Lastly, I think I would have gone 5 stars if I could say this would replace old standby, but I'll still have to use the RAW unit when I need to grind for rolling, as the Goat's grind consistency is too chunky for rolling. For use in a bowl it is great, but I still need old standby for doobies. If Goat made a stainless steel version, with a little tighter grind, I'd pay extra to acquire one. Then I might retire my usual. Good work, Goat, but keep improving! I paid $60 for this Goat, and more for standby. Buy the Goat when it's on sale like I did.
